Introducing Spexbook!

We're happy to announce that Spexbook is coming out of stealth mode.

Spexbook makes construction specifications documents smart, searchable, and browsable. Construction professionals spend hours searching for information prior to issuing RFIs or submittals. With time, these challenges only compound as they cause change orders, delays, discrepancies and the list goes on. Construction professionals are not the problem, it's the tools and the quality of the documents. Fortunately, we can do something about both issues using software. Before building the application, we conducted a survey across 60 companies to gauge the pain in the industry. Many professionals felt that the tools available today are not effective enough to navigate construction specs. That is why we set out to build Spexbook.

Spexbook was built from the ground up for you to spend less time searching for information and more time focusing on what matters on your jobsite.

Spexbook was built from the ground up for you to spend less time searching for information and more time focusing on what matters on your jobsite. We wanted to build a tool so simple and user friendly that it requires no training. You no longer need to scroll through many pages to find what you’re looking for. Now, you have a digital table of content to browse and search every division and spec section. With our deep search feature, you have the option to search one specific division, or a combination of divisions. Spexbook gives you results for words that have similar meanings. It returns results even when words are misspelled. On top of that, Spexbook allows you to share highlights, bookmarks and comments with your colleagues.
